The calculators collect nothing

The CF hours tracker, segment planner, and supervision checker run entirely in your browser. The dates and hours you type are never sent to us, never stored, and never leave your device. If you close the tab, they are gone.

Tool results are encoded in the page URL so you can bookmark or share one. That URL is created in your browser. If you paste it somewhere, whoever you send it to can see the values in it — that is the only way information from a calculator travels.

What we collect when you join the list

If you submit the early access form, we store:

• Your email address, so we can tell you when early access opens.
• Which page you signed up from — for example the pricing page or a particular calculator. We use this to understand which parts of the site are useful. It is not combined with anything else and is not used to profile you.

That is the complete list. We do not ask for your name, your employer, where you are in your fellowship, or anything about your clients. Please do not send us protected health information — we are not a covered entity and have no lawful basis to hold it.

Who processes it

Your address is stored with Resend, which we use to hold the mailing list and send email. They process it on our instructions and do not sell it. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for a limited period as part of operating the service.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to ASHA, your supervisor, or your employer.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the early access list is no longer in use. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, which removes you from the list.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@1260hours.com and we will action it. If you are in the UK, EU, or a US state with comparable law, you have these rights by statute; we apply the same process to everyone regardless of where you live.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and carries no advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.

We do use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It is cookieless, it does not follow you to other websites, and it does not build a profile of you. It records which page was viewed, roughly where in the world the request came from, and what kind of device and browser it was — not who you are.

We use it to find out which pages and calculators are worth keeping. If we ever add anything that does track you across sites, we will not do it quietly: this page will say so first.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and anyone on the list is told by email.
